A software that uses the medical camera that outputs DV format for assisting researchers or doctors to detect human brain cancer. User can save raw DV video, define ratio algorithm, apply image processing on real time video, play back saved video, define ROI on the image to get statistic values, display false color of processed image, overlay false color on top of original image. It uses our IVision LabVIEW toolkit for video acquisition and image processing.
